My father has been praying Qada' (Missed) prayers for the prayers he missed in his grocery job. He works with two persons in his grocery store (he doesn't own the grocery store). Combining and shortening his prayers
I have two concerns regarding combining and shortening prayers "Jama and qasr".1.I have to travel to work 4 times a week for 85km and want to know if I'm permitted to combine an shorten Zuhr and Asr at work on these days.

Nawafil after obligatory prayers
Regarding the Sunnah and Nafil Salaats that we offer before and after every Fardh with Jama'ah: are we allowed to offer four raka'as of Sunnah or Nafil salaats with one Salaam and two Tashahhud (sitting) or is it compulsory to offer all the salaats in two raka'as only? Proper way to recite during prayer, and shaving the head during Hajj and Umrah
1. I pray Isha Salah at home. In the first 2 Rak'ah of the fard prayer I recite Surah mulk, half in 1st rakah and half in 2nd. Then in the last 2 Rak'ah I only recite Fatihah. Is this ok?
